సాక్షి, హైదరాబాద్: కాల్‌మనీ సెక్స్ రాకెట్ వ్యవహారంపై అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాల్లో ప్రభుత్వాన్ని గట్టిగా నిలదీయాలని పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలకు ఏపీ ప్రతిపక్ష నేత వైఎస్ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి పిలుపునిచ్చారు. బాధితులకు న్యాయం జరిగేంత వరకు పోరాడాలని చెప్పారు. వారికి బాసటగా నిలిచి సర్కారుపై ఒత్తిడి తేవాలని సూచించారు. వడ్డీ వ్యాపారం పేరుతో మహిళలను లైంగిక వేధింపులకు గురి చేయడమే కాక, వారిని శారీరకంగా లోబర్చుకోవడం అమానుషం, అమానవీయం అని ఆయన తీవ్ర ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. సభ్య సమాజం సిగ్గుతో తలవంచుకునేలా విజయవాడ నగరంలో జరిగిన కాల్‌మనీ సెక్స్ రాకెట్‌లో టీడీపీ నేతల ప్రమేయం ఉన్నా ప్రభుత్వం వారిని తప్పించాలని చూడటం దారుణమన్నారు. దీనిపై ప్రభుత్వాన్ని గట్టిగా నిలదీయాలని ఎమ్మెల్యేలకు సూచించారు.

వడ్డీ వ్యాపారం అనేది ఒక ఎత్తై అది సెక్స్ రాకెట్‌గా రూపాంతరం చెందడం దుర్మార్గమని ఆయన అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. మహిళల జీవితాలతో చెలగాటమాడుతూ వారి ధన, మాన ప్రాణాలకు భద్రత లేకుండా చేసిన వారిని చంద్రబాబునాయుడు ప్రభుత్వం తప్పించాలని చూడటం సహించరాని విషయమన్నారు. పార్టీ కేంద్ర కార్యాలయంలో బుధవారం జరిగిన వైఎస్సార్‌సీపీ శాసనసభాపక్షం సమావేశానికి జగన్ అధ్యక్షత వహించారు. హైదరాబాద్‌లో అందుబాటులో ఉన్న ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు, పార్టీ ముఖ్య నేతలు హాజరైన ఈ సమావేశంలో గంటన్నరకు పైగా అనేక అంశాలను చర్చించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రజలను ఇబ్బడి ముబ్బడిగా సమస్యలు చుట్టుముట్టి ఉన్నా వాటిని చర్చించడానికి వీల్లేని విధంగా అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాలను కొద్ది రోజులే నిర్వహించాలని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తుండటంపై సమావేశంలో అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తమైంది. సెక్స్ రాకెట్‌తో పాటుగా బాక్సైట్ తవ్వకాలకు వ్యతిరేకంగా శాసనసభలో గళమెత్తాలని జగన్ సూచించారు. ఎమ్మెల్యేలంతా ప్రజా సమస్యలు, ప్రభుత్వ విధానాలపై పూర్తి అవగాహనతో అసెంబ్లీకి రావాలన్నారు.

 ప్రజాపక్షంగా పోరాటం: అసెంబ్లీలో ప్రజాపక్షంగా అనేక సమస్యలను లేవనెత్తుతామని వైఎస్సార్‌సీపీ శాసనసభాపక్షం ఉపనేత జ్యోతుల నెహ్రూ తెలిపారు. సమావేశానంతరం ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ... మహిళలను అభాసుపాలు చేసిన కాల్‌మనీ సెక్స్ రాకెట్, గిరిజనుల అభీష్టానికి భిన్నంగా మన్యంలో బాక్సైట్ తవ్వకాలకు పూనుకోవడం, పేదల ప్రాణాలను తీస్తున్న కల్తీ మద్యం, ప్రజలను కొల్లగొడుతున్న ఇసుక మాఫియా వంటి అంశాలన్నింటినీ ప్రస్తావిస్తామని చెప్పారు. కరువు, వరద సహాయం సరిగ్గా జరక్కపోవడం, కనీస మద్దతు ధర లభించక పోవడం, నిత్యావసర ధరలపై నియంత్రణ లేక పోవడం వంటి సమస్యలపై నిలదీస్తామని తెలిపారు.

నిరుద్యోగులు, అంగన్‌వాడీలు, వీఆర్‌ఏలు, ఆశావర్కర్ల సమస్యల పరిష్కారంకోసం గళమెత్తుతామని తెలిపారు. విధి విధానాలకు లోబడి ప్రధానమైన సమస్యలు చర్చించి పరిష్కారం అయ్యేలా శాసనసభ స్పీకర్ చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలన్నారు. ప్రతిపక్షంగా తాము సహకరిస్తామని, అధికార పక్షం ఎదురుదాడి పద్ధతిమాని అన్ని సమస్యలపైనా చర్చకు సిద్ధం కావాలని సూచించారు. శాసనసభా కార్యక్రమాల సలహా మండలి సమావేశం జరక్కుండానే సభ నాలుగైదు రోజులే జరుగుతుందని మంత్రులు చెప్పడాన్ని ఆక్షేపించారు.

శాసనమండలిలో కూడా కాల్‌మనీ సెక్స్ రాకెట్, కల్తీ మద్యం, రంగు మారిన ధాన్యం కొనుగోలు వంటి అంశాలనే చర్చకు ప్రస్తావిస్తామని ఎమ్మెల్సీ పిల్లి సుభాష్ చంద్రబోస్ చెప్పారు. శాసనసభాపక్షం సమావేశంలో ఉపనేత ఉప్పులేటి కల్పన, శాసనసమండలిలో వైఎస్సార్‌సీపీ నేత ఉమ్మారెడ్డి వెంకటేశ్వర్లు, పార్టీ ముఖ్య నేతలు ధర్మాన ప్రసాదరావు, బొత్స సత్యనారాయణ, సజ్జల రామకృష్ణారెడ్డి, వేణుంబాక విజయసాయిరెడ్డి, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు పాల్గొన్నారు.

విజయవాడ సిటీ : కాల్‌మనీ మాటున మహిళలను లైంగిక వేధింపులకు గురి చేసిన కేసు దర్యాప్తును సిట్ (ప్రత్యేక విచారణ బృందం)కు అప్పగించాలనే ఆలోచనలో పోలీసు పెద్దలు ఉన్నట్టు తెలిసింది. బాధితుల్లో ఎక్కువ మంది మహిళలు, యువతులు ఉన్నందున లోకల్ పోలీసుల కంటే సిట్ అధికారులైతే సమర్థవంతమైన పాత్ర పోషిస్తారనేది ఉన్నతాధికారుల అభిప్రాయం. సిట్ ఏర్పాటుపై రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు, డీజీపీ జె.వి.రాముడును కమిషనర్ గౌతమ్ సవాంగ్ కలవనున్నట్టు తెలిసింది. ఈ నెల 11న కాల్‌మనీ పేరిట లైంగిక వేధింపులకు పాల్పడుతున్న కేసు వెలుగులోకి వచ్చింది. ఓ బాధితురాలి ఫిర్యాదు మేరకు ఏడుగురు నిందితులపై కేసు నమోదు చేసిన మాచవరం పోలీసులు ఇద్దరు నిందితులను అరెస్టు చేశారు. మిగిలిన నిందితుల్లో కొందరు రాష్ట్రం విడిచి పరారైనందున పట్టివేతపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టిసారించారు. కేసు దర్యాప్తులో మరికొందరు నిందితులను కూడా చేర్చే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయి. కేసు పూర్వాపరాలు విచారించడంతోపాటు నింది తులను వీలైనంత త్వరగా అరెస్టు చేయాలనే ఆలోచనలో పోలీసు అధికారులు ఉన్నారు. ఈ క్రమంలోనే సిట్ ఆలోచన చేస్తున్నారు.

దర్యాప్తులో వేగం
సిట్ ఏర్పాటు ద్వారా కాల్‌మనీ కేసు దర్యాప్తు వేగం పెంచనున్నారు. ఇప్పటికే ఈ కేసులో నిందితుల పట్టివేతతో పాటు ఆధారాల సేకరణకు టాస్క్‌ఫోర్స్‌లోని రెండు బృందాలతో పాటు మాచవరం పోలీసులు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు. సోమవారం కమిషనరేట్ కార్యాలయానికి 30 మందికి పైగా బాధితులు వచ్చి కాల్‌మనీ వ్యాపారుల ఆగడాలపై ఫిర్యాదులు చేశారు. ముఖ్యంగా కృష్ణలంక, మాచవరం, పటమట, సత్యనారాయణపురం, సూర్యారావుపేట పోలీసు స్టేషన్లకు చెందిన బాధితులు కమిషనరేట్ పెద్దలను కలిసి గోడు వెళ్లబోసుకున్నారు. యలమంచిలి రాము ముఠా కేసుకు సంబంధం లేనివారు కూడా అనేక మంది బాధితులు వస్తున్న నేపథ్యంలో సిట్ ఏర్పాటు అవసరమని పోలీసు కమిషనర్ సవాంగ్ నిర్ణయించారు. సిట్ ఏర్పాటు ద్వారా మాచవరం కేసును వెంటనే ముగించడంతో పాటు ఇతర కాల్‌మనీ కేసుల్లో బాధితులకు తగిన న్యాయం చేసేందుకు అవకాశం ఉందని పోలీసు అధికారులు అంటున్నారు. కాల్‌మనీ మాటున సెక్స్ రాకెట్ కేసులో మాచవరం పోలీసులు ఆదివారం రాత్రి అరెస్టు చేసిన యలమంచిలి శ్రీరామ మూర్తి అలియాస్ రాము, దూడల రాజేష్‌కు ఈ నెల 28 వరకు కోర్టు జ్యుడీషియల్ రిమాండ్ విధించింది. అరెస్టు చేసిన నిందితులను సోమవారం మొదటి అదనపు చీఫ్ మెట్రోపాలిటన్ మేజిస్ట్రేట్ కోర్టులో హాజరుపరచగా ఇన్‌చార్జి న్యాయమూర్తి రిమాండ్‌కు ఆదేశించారు. దీంతో వీరిని గన్నవరం సబ్ జైలుకు తరలించారు.

రాజకీయం చేయొద్దు
 కాల్‌మనీ కేసులో మహిళను బెదిరించి వంచించిన కేసుపై రాజకీయం చేయొద్దని నగర పోలీసు కమిషనర్ గౌతమ్ సవాంగ్ అన్నారు. సీనియర్ నేతలు రెచ్చగొట్టే ప్రకటనలు చేయడం వల్ల ప్రజల్లో లేనిపోని అనుమానాలు రేకెత్తుతాయన్నారు. చట్ట పరిధిలో పోలీసులు చేయాల్సినవన్నీ చేస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు. సీఎం, డీజీపీ సైతం సెక్స్ రాకెట్‌పై ఆగ్రహంగా ఉన్నారన్నారు. దీనిని దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకొని సమగ్ర దర్యాప్తు ద్వారా నిందితుల గుర్తింపు, అరెస్టులు చేయనున్నామని పోలీసు కమిషనర్ తెలిపారు. కాల్‌మనీ వంటి సామాజిక సమస్యను ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ కలిసి చర్చించుకోవడం ద్వారా పరిష్కరించుకోవాల్సి ఉందన్నారు. ఇందుకు అందరూ కలిసి రావాలని పోలీసు కమిషనర్ అన్నారు.

Vijayawada: Apparently perturbed over the Call Money scam, the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu asked all the borrowers not to repay the money. Speaking to media here on Monday, Chandrababu expressed pain over the scam and blamed the police and intelligence agencies for their failure in sensing the issue and prevent it before it took such a huge proportion. "If anyone asks you for the repayment, file a case and the government will take serious action including booking under Nirbhaya Act," Chief Minister said.

Chandrababu said scams like spurious liquor that killed five people and adulterated ghee in recent times would affect the image of the state and the government will take severe action against those involved in the illegal activities.

MLA Bode Prasad Clarifies

MLA Bode Prasad, who has been associated with the main accused in the scam on Monday said Venigalla Srikanth is only his friend and he invested in Call Money. Clarifying on the photographs of his family along with Srikanth's family touring foreign countries, the MLA said he would go on foreign trips with family and it has nothing to do with any business. "I spent my own money which I earned in real estate business and I have nothing to do with Call Money business," he said.

హైదరాబాద్‌: రెండు నెలల కిందట చంద్రబాబు తెలంగాణ సీఎం కేసీఆర్ వద్దకు వెళ్లినప్పుడు... ఈరోజు కేసీఆర్ స్వయంగా చంద్రబాబు వద్దకు వెళ్లినప్పుడు... రెండు సందర్భాల్లోనూ ఏపీ సీఎం చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందికరమైన పరిస్థితుల్లో కొట్టుమిట్టాడారు. నోట్ల వ్యవహారాల్లో తీవ్ర విమర్శల సుడిగుండంలో చిక్కుకున్న సందర్భంలోనే చంద్రబాబు, కేసీఆర్‌ల భేటీలు జరగడం విశేషం.

ఈ నెల 23 నుంచి 27 వరకు మెదక్ జిల్లా ఎర్రవల్లి గ్రామంలో తలపెట్టిన అయుత చండీ మహా యాగంలో పాల్గొనాలని కోరుతూ కేసీఆర్ సోమవారం చంద్రబాబును కలుసుకున్నారు. హైదరాబాద్ నుంచి హెలికాప్టర్‌లో బయలుదేరిన కేసీఆర్ విజయవాడలో ఉన్న చంద్రబాబు నివాసానికి వెళ్లి స్వహస్తాలతో ఆహ్వానపత్రికను అందించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా చంద్రబాబు స్వయంగా కేసీఆర్‌కు అతిథి మర్యాదలు చేశారు. మంత్రి ఈటల రాజేందర్, ఎంపీ బాల్క సుమన్‌లతో కలిసి వెళ్లినప్పటికీ కేసీఆర్‌తో చంద్రబాబు విడిగా దాదాపు 20 నిమిషాలపాటు ఏకాంతంగా చర్చించుకున్నారు. అనంతరం ఆంధ్రా వంటకాలతో కేసీఆర్‌కు చంద్రబాబు ప్రత్యేక విందునిచ్చారు.

వెనక్కి తిరిగిచూస్తే...
ఏపీ రాజధాని అమరావతి శంకుస్థాపన కార్యక్రమానికి చంద్రబాబు స్వయంగా హైదరాబాద్‌లోని కేసీఆర్ నివాసానికి వెళ్లి ఆహ్వానం అందజేశారు. అక్టోబర్ 18న చంద్రబాబు తెలంగాణ సీఎం అధికారిక నివాసానికి వెళ్లి అమరావతి శంకుస్థాపనకు రావాలని కోరాగా, కేసీఆర్ అందుకు సమ్మతించి హాజరయ్యారు కూడా.

రెండు సందర్భాల్లోనూ...
అమరావతి శంకుస్థాపన కార్యక్రమానికి కేసీఆర్‌ను ఆహ్వానించాలనుకున్నప్పుడు చంద్రబాబు తీవ్ర తర్జనభర్జన పడాల్సి వచ్చింది. తెలంగాణ ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎన్నికల్లో నామినేటెడ్ ఎమ్మెల్యే స్టీఫెన్‌సన్ టీడీపీ ఎమ్మెల్యే రేవంత్‌రెడ్డి నోట్ల కట్టలను ఎరగా చూపిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. రేవంత్‌రెడ్డి జూన్ 1న స్టీఫెన్‌సన్‌ను కలిసి డబ్బు మూటను ఇస్తున్న వీడియో రికార్డులు బయటకు రావడం, ఆ తర్వాత స్టీఫెన్‌సన్‌తో చంద్రబాబు ఫోన్‌లో మాట్లాడినట్టు ఆడియో టేపులు బయకుపొక్కడం వంటి ఘటనలు తీవ్ర సంచలనం సృష్టించాయి. ఈ వ్యవహారంలో చంద్రబాబు గొంతువరకు కూరుకుపోయారని కేసీఆర్ చెప్పగా, మా ఫోన్లు ట్యాప్ చేస్తున్నారంటూ చంద్రబాబు నేరుగా కేంద్రం ముందు శరణుజొచ్చిన విషయం తెలిసిందే.

ఈ ఘటన జరిగిన తర్వాత నాలుగు నెలల వరకు చంద్రబాబు, కేసీఆర్ పరస్పరం కలుసుకున్న సందర్భం రాలేదు. అమరావతి శంకుస్థాపనకు రావాలని కోరే విషయంలో అక్టోబర్ 18న చంద్రబాబు వెళ్లి కేసీఆర్‌ను ఆహ్వానించారు. ఆ తర్వాత అక్టోబర్ 22న దసరా పండుగ రోజు అమరావతి శంకుస్థాపన వేదికపైన కలుసుకున్నారు. రెండు రోజుల క్రితం కేంద్ర మంత్రి అరుణ్‌జైట్లీ కుమార్తె వివాహ కార్యక్రమంలో వారిద్దరు పరస్పరం ఎదురుపడినప్పుడు నమస్కారాలతో సరిపెట్టారే తప్ప పెద్దగా మాట్లాడుకోలేదు.

మళ్లీ ఇప్పుడు...
ప్రస్తుతం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో తీవ్ర సంచలనం కలిగిస్తున్న కాల్‌మనీ వ్యవహారంలోనూ అధికార పార్టీ నేతల అండదండలు ఉన్నాయని, అందులో టీడీపీకి చెందిన ఒక ఎమ్మెల్యే పాత్ర ఉందని బలంగా వినిపిస్తోంది. గత రెండు రోజులుగా ఈ వ్యవహారంపై అన్ని రాజకీయ పార్టీలు, ప్రజా సంఘాలు, ప్రజల నుంచి చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వంపై తీవ్ర విమర్శలు ఎదురవుతున్నాయి. సరిగ్గా ఇలాంటి సమయంలోనే కేసీఆర్ రావడం యాధృచ్చికమైనప్పటికీ చంద్రబాబును ఇబ్బంది పెట్టిందని ఆ పార్టీ సీనియర్ నేత ఒకరు చెప్పారు.

The customer experience makes or breaks customer loyalty. With so many choices today, it's the quality of the experience - how you repeatedly make your customers feel at each and every touchpoint - that will determine whether or not they'll come back, purchase more, and refer their colleagues and friends to you.

It's all about your customers' perception of the value you deliver, both tangible and intangible. You may think you know the kind of customer experience you're delivering, and that your customers share your views. You may think that because your customers stick around and don't complain they are loyal.

In fact, you may be mistaking customer inertia for loyalty. It's easy to do. Remember that loyalty is a genuine emotional attachment that occurs when your customers appreciate the value of your product or service, as well as the way you deliver it. Because they repeatedly feel powerful, positive emotions in dealing with you they'll choose you above your competitors - even if they have to go out of their way or pay a bit more.

Thriving companies with high customer and employee loyalty are generally known to outpace their competitors in innovation. (Think Gore-Tex, Southwest Airlines (the twenty-minute turn-around), Progressive insurance. . .) In addition, their cultures support continuous learning. In today's market, if you're not continuously learning and innovating, there's no question that you're falling behind.

Loyal customers understand your processes and can offer suggestions for improvement. Their feedback can help with R&D efforts as well as improvement efforts.

Profits, profits, and did we say profits? An increase in your retention of customers can boost your bottom line profit 25-100% depending on your fixed costs.
Based on these benefits and more, I urge you to make this the "Year of the Customer;" you'll be much more likely to achieve your business resolutions.

When asked why the judiciary was not taking suo motu cognizance (on its own) of murders like that of Karnataka writer MM Kalburgi, the CJI said, "Reasons should not be attributed to everything. There is animal instinct in some people to kill. Crime has become a part of human life. We have to admit that."
"The country has been home of all religions and communities. People prosecuted in other countries have come here and flourished. As long as there is an independent and strong judiciary in this country, the citizens need not nurse any apprehensions on this count and there shall be no persecution on grounds of religion," he said.
"The holy book Gita was originally written in Sanskrit, but I can't understand Sanskrit. I read Gita in Urdu, which was translated by a Muslim," he said, claiming that "our existence is based on philosophy of tolerance". Amid the row over Nirbhaya case convict juvenile's impending release, the CJI said he felt juveniles who have committed heinous offences should get harsh punishment rather than 3 years in a special home as per the present rules. "A bill is pending in Parliament and we are waiting for its outcome. We have kept some files pertaining to gruesome acts by juvenile pending because of it. We know there cannot be retrospective effect but we will get some kind of roadmap on how to proceed with it.
Aiming to curb crimes by minors, the Lok Sabha has cleared an amendment to the Juvenile Justice Act which will give Juvenile Justice Board the power to decide if a minor between the ages of 16 and 18, accused of heinous crimes like rape and murder, should be tried as adults in a regular court. They, however, cannot be sentenced to death or life imprisonment. Under the Bill, the Juvenile Board will conduct an assessment of factors including the 'premeditated nature' of the offence and 'the child's ability to understand the consequences of the offence'. The bill is pending in the Rajya Sabha.
Thakur said rooting out corruption in judiciary which has 'maligned its image' will be one of his top priorities. "I will take appropriate action against judges who show deviant behaviour. Judiciary will be intolerant towards deviant behaviour of judges. Credibility of institution has to be of utmost importance," he said.
Corruption in the judiciary and the need to uproot it were intermittently debated in last five years when former Kolkata HC judge Soumitra Sen became the first judge in the country to be impeached by the Rajya Sabha for misappropriation of funds in 2011. There was also charges of corruption against former CJI K G Balakrishnan and several others like PD Dinakaran, Shamit Mukherjee and Nirmal Yadav.
Death penalty
Justice Thakur said he was aware of growing feeling that death penalty should not be given even in rarest of rare cases "but as long as it is there in the statute book, death penalty will remain. But you must remember that judiciary itself has observed self-restraint in giving death penalty" The CJI said though appointments of nearly 400 judges to the high courts was one of the biggest tasks before the collegium headed by him, he would not commence the process till a constitution bench delivered its judgment on how to improve the system.

Chief Justice of India TS Thakur, on Sunday weighed in on the debate over intolerance that has generated huge amount of heat and attention of late.
Let's look at what he actually said.
While talking to journalists at his residence two days after assuming office as the 43rd Chief Justice of India, Thakur said: "Yeh siyasi pahlu hain (this is a political issue). We have a rule of law. So long as rule of law is there, so long as there is an independent judiciary and so long as courts are upholding the rights and obligations, I do not think anyone has to fear for anything."
On the political aspect of the debate, the CJI said: "Siyasi log iska kaise upyog karten hain aur kaise fayada uthayenge, main kuchch nahin kehna chahunga (I do not want to say anything on how politicians use this and try to take advantage of it), but we are committed to uphold the rule of law and protect the rights of all citizens."
He further said, "India is a big country, we should not be afraid of anything. Yeh sab perception ki batein hain. Jab tak judiciary independent hai,koi baat ki dar nahi honi chahiye (These are all matters of perception. There is nothing to fear till the judiciary is independent)."
"We are committed to uphold the Rule of Law and protect right of all citizens of the society and people from all creeds and religions. There is no fear to any section of society," Chief Justice Thakur added.
